What is your reship policy?
Our
delivery rate is 99% assured. In the rare event that a parcel is taken
by customs we will offer a full refund or reshipment.
However, you must provide the customs seizure letter to verify your claims.
Q. What if my package is lost?
Any
shipments which fail to arrive are reshipped for free.
Any orders not arriving within the stated delivery time are eligible for a reshipment or a full

order is late in arriving.
