Delivery PolicyAll orders are sent using a tracking system with tracking numbers which
only allows one to see the item has been sent/delivered. If you have
not received a package after 14 days have elapsed for Europe, or 21
days for the rest of the world please contact us then only. All
packages can be tracked at the website of your own national postal
service website - so USA customers would go to usps.com.
Q. How do you normally ship?
We
normally package products in plain boxes with no reference to the
contents or our name on the outside. Airmail packages normally take
around 7 working days for EU countries and average 10-21 days for the
rest of the world. Please note occasionally orders may be delayed for
upto 3 weeks. If they still have not arrived please contact us at that
point.
