Q. Can I pay with any method other than Visa card? No. We only accept Visa except for longstanding customers who may order via western union or moneygram providing they order at least 120usd. Under no circumstances will new customers be accepted for any method other than Visa. A prepaid Visa card can be obtained by virtually everyone and prevents merchant fraud for those worried about identity theft or monetary loss. Q. Why won't you respond to emails from encrypted email accounts? Because in many cases, especially hushmail, these addresses block our replies. Q. Is there any way I can obtain a discount? Discount coupon offers are listed on the homepage at the bottom. We offer no other discounts at all. Q. How do I check my tracking number? Registered airmail only allows one to see the item has been sent/delivered. We advise customers, that if they have not received the package within the estimated guidelines that they should check their tracking number with their national postal service website. As an example, USA customers should enter their tracking numbers at www.usps.com. Q. On the USPS website it says the order is still being processed, inbound international, or some other message that is unclear? Unfortunately, in our experience www.usps.com is not the most clear service. It is worth checking still but sometimes they seem to forget about tracking until a delivery attempt is made and the messages shown above are all nothing to worry about. Sometimes those messages may display for over a week. It is nothing to worry about, just a sign that usps and customs take a long time to do their job. products? Unless otherwise stated all our medicines are branded products only. We do not stock generic versions of anything unless stated. Q. Is it legal? Most countries allow the importation of personal supplies of ethical pharmaceuticals, there are varying conditions, some countries will require a physician involved. That doesn't mean that you must have a prescription, most physicians don't know how to write a prescription for a product that is "unapproved" in their country, but will however help the patient with its administration. The bottom line is you must check your individual status for the products you require in your home country. You can ask us in case we know of problems but the responsibility lies with the purchaser. order? If you are ordering a pharmaceutical you've never used before, order only one unit! This will allow you to discover if that product has any particular unpleasant side effects. Sometimes it is necessary to take a course of pharmaceuticals (that may require more than one unit) to obtain beneficial effects, but usually any potential side effects will appear first. Initially by ordering one unit, you will not have other units in your possession that you can't or don't want to use.
